Welcome to Dronabinols. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the platform at dronabinols.com and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not Financial Advice
Dronabinols is a research and analytics platform. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The quantitative models, options analyses, price targets, probability estimates, and any other outputs are for informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any trades based on information from the Service.
Dronabinols does not execute trades, hold funds, or act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. We are not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any state regulator.
2. Accounts
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (currently Plus and Premium). Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in advance. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
We may change pricing or plans with at least 30 days’ notice for existing paid subscribers. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
4. Market Data
Stock prices, technical indicators, and historical stock time-series displayed on the Service are delayed by at least 15 minutes from real-time market activity. Options quotes, options chains, and Greeks are real-time. All market data is provided by Massive, our market data vendor.
Real-time stock data is not currently available on Dronabinols. Stock prices shown should not be relied upon for time-sensitive trading decisions. For real-time stock data, consult your broker or a real-time market data subscription service.
Dronabinols is an analytical and educational tool. Nothing displayed on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service except through interfaces we explicitly provide
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the Service’s outputs, analyses, or data feeds
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent security measures of the Service
- Share your account credentials with others, or allow multiple people to use a single account
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code, conduct penetration tests without authorization, or interfere with the Service’s operation
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service’s software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Dronabinols and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing.
Market data displayed on the Service is licensed from third parties (including Finnhub and Massive). You may view and use this data for personal, non-commercial research, but you may not redistribute, resell, or incorporate it into another product.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, payments, and market data. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or outages of these providers. If a provider suspends or terminates their service to us, the corresponding features on Dronabinols may become unavailable.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dronabinols and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any lost profits, lost data, or trading losses arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
